I made this unique bib necklace with emerald, jet black and teal color acrylic rhinestones, each rhinestone is glued on sheer netting and each rhinestone has a piece of soft felt on the back side for comfort when you wear it, also it is has adjustable aluminum chain and lobster claw clasps, you can adjust how long or short you want.
